Hello, about two weeks ago both batteries connected to the Gen 1 inverter went offline. If they are rebooted they come back online briefly then go offline again. I'm guessing that the capacity is now zero and they are unable to recharge.
Any ideas on how to solve this. The installer cannot get someone out for a week or so. Long hold times to GivEnergy....

What was the cause of it? Intermittent WiFi?
I'm currently waiting on an email response to something similar.
On cold nights after a scheduled charge the primary battery will shut off. If I go and turn it on again then it continues working just fine until the next cold night.
