Had this for the first time last night. I don’t have anything connected on the EPS and several inverter restarts haven’t cleared it.
I’ve had my system in nearly two years.
The grid icon is crossed out in the app, and the battery is sat discharging at about 26W. Inverter data says 8w is being discharged from the EPS, and has been doing so since just before 4pm yesterday. The fault message above wasn’t sent until about 19:35, I think when octopus attempted to charge my car.
