Battery in idle

I’m wondering if someone can help me. I have my battery in full and she is idle. How can I change this settings.

Silva check that eco mode is turned on?

check discharge rate is set to maximum

battery pause mode is not set to pause discharge (in the givenergy portal)

If its not behaving try doing a ‘reset to defaults’ of the inverter in the portal
