No charge or discharge

Earlier today I noticed the batteries wouldn’t charge or discharge.
I’ve tried an Inverter restart.
I’ve tried a reset to defaults
I’ve tried pausing and playing from the App
I’ve tried a 5 minute charge from the grid
I’ve tried a complete power down and restart.
None of this has worked.
The App shows a nominal discharge to home of 260w, but this is false, all my energy is currently coming from the grid.
Inverter and both batteries are showing green lights.

I’ve run out of ideas!
Can anyone help please?

Have you looked in the portal for any error messages / notifications?
The app is useless at actually telling you the "why" part of what it's upset about.

Assume when you did a power down and restart you turned the battery breaker off and then turned the batteries off with the button on the side.

Try setting Eco mode off and on again, and the only other thing I can think is to check the security of the thin BMS data cable that goes from the primary battery (the 9.5) into the inverter. If it has come dislodged or loose then the inverter can’t control the batteries. This would normally show up as notification warnings though

May or may not be relevant, but that's round about the figure I get when setting max charge or discharge power to 0. (It seems unable to actually do 0, for some reason.) I think the app implements pause by adjusting these powers.

All sorted thanks. The MCB in the consumer until had tripped. I never even thought of that, somebody in the Facebook group suggested it. I’ll add it to my list of things to check next time!
In the absence of any support from GE, thanks goodness these groups and forums exist!

I fitted a big blue LED on the output side of my breaker feeding the inverter.
If ever grid fails and/or breaker trips the LED goes out.
Easy to see
