It seems that the load figure in the power trace in the portal is the same as that given by the GivEnergy app when the Show calculated load button is set OFF. These load values in the portal are completely wrong. How do I get the portal to display the load figure to be the same as that given in the app with the Show calculated load button set to ON?
Thanks

Not sure you can but the calculated load just adds the power taken by the inverter to the house load. This can be between about 40 and 300W on my system depending on how hard it is working. I prefer the Inverter app that shows the loses separately.

nophead Sorry for this late reply to your reply. In the data I see in the portal is that the load figure is completely wrong and often tracks the PV value. The inaccuracy is much larger that the losses in the inverter.

Hello steve.

If this is an AIO and GW. It looks like your PV has been connected to the load consumer unit instead of the GW input for PV.
This can be rectified with a Gateway firmware update and enabling calculated load, vs metered load.
The Load Meter is registering your PV & Load together, causing the data to be nuts

if you post your serial number, i can take a look direct. Or discuss with the service desk
