Portal :- No Registered Systems

My portal only works when I am exporting. I have solar panels which are generating but I am consuming all I generated at this time. When the load drops and I export the portal connects.
Why is it not connected every tine I log on?
Why do I get this message 'No Registered Systems'.
The dashboard has my account details.
