Some posts suggest customer support helpline is now closed. When I called today and was on hold for over an hour before being cut off there was no message to say customer support is closed, just that they were very busy. If anyone working for them is monitoring this discussion forum perhaps they can clarify and make sure an appropriate message is on the phone number.
Deborah lots of us having problem and failing to get through but no one seems to be listening. Time to escalate and use social media etc to force a response perhaps?
Perhaps Ed Milliband in his push for Green Energy will give them a call and encourage the customer support team before more people get disheartened by the whole thing and give up on doing the "right thing"
Deborah I called GE support on three occasions today and yesterday about an issue i have and got through and received support. Granted i had to wait maybe 20 minutes to get put through.
They’re better now than a few weeks ago. I find choosing option 3 often gets through. When you get through though they are very helpful.
