All-in-one inverter settings randomly resetting

Hi all

Another ongoing issue I’m having with my All-in-one which I need help with please.

I’m finding that the values I’m selecting in the settings page seem to be ‘re-setting’ themselves randomly after a day or so.
Eg:
I set the first timed charge period to 0000-0530. This registers initially, but after a day or so, it’s re-set itself randomly to 0000-0300.
Similarly, I set the battery charge rate at 4kw. This then defaults back to 6kw after a day or so.

Super annoying and I can’t see why it’s doing it.

Anyone have similar issues and managed to work it out please?

Mondriver does the activity log on the portal record these changes? That might give us a clue what is making the changes.
Have you activated any of the smart tariff features on the GE cloud?

DD Thanks DD

The logs shows an automation API that’s changing things, but I’m not sure why.
I can’t remember setting any automations up myself.

What is the best way to clear everything out and restore a factory default reset as it were?

Mondriver The logs shows an automation API that’s changing things, but I’m not sure why.

Ideally, the last column should record what made the change. Unfortunately not all services identify themselves.

You may be able to revoke API access tokens to keep it out. Though I think Octopus Flux, for example, uses a different mechanism. And GivEnergy wouldn't need that to change your system if you've set up smart tariff support.

You can check to see if you have granted access to others via account/account securitymanage givenergy api tokens and can revoke access there.

It’s an API automation schedule change.

I’ve clicked on smart tariff double checked….nothing set that I can see. I’ve clicked on stop automation just in case.

Looks like the Smart Tariff Beta feature had been turned on with “recalculate at midnight” box turned on, even though there were no actual automations!

This was clearly over-writing my settings every night.

All turned off now, so I’ll see if it solves it tonight!

Thanks for the help guys.
