Loosing battery from 6pm to charge at 2am

Over the past few weeks I noticed that the charge on battery on my AIO system was going down tremendously from around 70% at 6pm to 9% when in the period not using any heavy loads and only the TV is on and a couple of lamps, I have e mailed support no end of times but with no positive response and direction, this has started happening after they reset it, also my power loads having showing over 1.2kw when nothing is heavy is being used, does anyone have any idea??? how to resolve or had experience, the system is less than a year old and had so many ups and downs

Praf I would schedule a recalibration - ideally reduce both the discharge and charge rate for a longer/slower transfer of energy.

I had the same problem with mine and a recal sorted it out

Praf Well it depends on the charge/discharge rate you use. For my AIO I have typically kept the discharge at 6kW and the charge at 2.3kW (to fill up the battery over 7 hours if needed) - the last time I did a recal (last weekend) I had

Discharge: 3195 kW
Charge: 2236 kW (although I changed this at 06:30 to full to try and finish by 7 am)

I started the recal at 23:00 and it finished the discharge cycle around 1 am (from 4% so "empty"). The charge cycle got to 88% SOC at the slower rate and then completed at 7:30 (after upping the charge rate)

pse2024 As you have an AIO, you will need to go to the Remote Control on the AIO inverter via the web portal.

From there you can schedule a Recalibration

[unknown] just bear in mind that once you schedule the recalibration you can’t then cancel or change it.

So set it for a time when rates are low for the full recharge

You can however adjust the charge and discharge rate, setting to zero if need be to stop/resume the recalibration
