Hi, never seems to save my preferences especially eco mode, cheap energy to use through the day from battery? Also have been with octoheist, maybe they took control and wont give back?? Wow this way too complicated for the end user

Its only if you are on the Octopus Intelligent Flux tariff where they control your inverter. Is that the tariff you are on?
