Smart Tariff showing Blank

Hi. Newly set up and I'm looking to add my smart tariff to the cloud portal. However, the smart tariff card appears blank (no buttons appear to edit or add). Am I missing something?

Click on the 4 outward pointing arrows if the card is on the side panel, then scroll down to the bottom right, there should be a green circle with dots and lines, and click on that it should allow you to enter information.
Failing that in the top left of the card there is the refresh, click on that and see what happens.
You have to input the data from your energy supplier for it to work correctly.

I think there's a bug, I've raised a ticket as it's not working for me either.

Yesterday it was completely blank, today I can select a supplier or GivEnergy but can't get any further.

Cdent I now have the same now. Can see the suppliers but nothing after that.

Still not able to add my tariff to the cloud portal. Followed the instructions listed previously in the thread, but just get a blank screen on both Octopus and GivEnergy sections, no fields, and a non-selectable submit button.

Have tried on multiple browsers.
