OK even though this shouldn’t happen as I’ve got limits set, my GivEnergy battery has discharged to 0% and now it won’t charge at all overnight. Help……. Thanks

I think you need an installer to "jump start" everything with a suitable piece of kit.
I read it on these forums, but cannot remember where

Not sure what that PDF is about. I’m a consumer not an installer and have the all in one 13.5kw Givenergy battery (no inverter).
I don’t wish to open or mess with anything electrical.

Wixy first of all check that all of the circuit breakers are actually turned on and its not saying its 0% battery due to something being turned off

if everything is turned on then probably best you call your installer to get them to take a look at it, as mentioned if it is genuinely at 0% it will need a battery boost

Absolutely. Nobody should attempt this themselves, not even if (like me) you're used to doing this sort of work.

Not on anything under warranty anyway & not at all if you don't know what you're doing.

Wixy If its the AIO then none of the thread really applies as its a high-voltage battery.

It'll be under warranty/within two years of install so installer is your first point of contact. Edit - they should be able to take a look at it remotely and see more info than you can.
