Red Banner with Error on inverter

Hi I have noticed that my mobile app is not giving accurate information - upon logging in to website I noticetht I have a red banner adjacent to the inverter with ERROR written across it - anybody experienced this or have any Pearls of wisdom please

Cookatron error could be many things. Are there any notifications

Is this an AIO and gateway and something has tripped?

Has the battery tripped?
Need a bit more info
