Inverter problems

While my inverter is functioning in ECO it is not communicating with the rest of the system for up to 2 hour periods, it shows no outputs or inputs and will not communicate with instructions. Any idea why??

Can you post a screenshot of the Power graph from the GE portal?
Also look at the inverter logs on the portal.

We also need the model is your inverter and idea of your system: batteries, PV, etc.
The more info, the better the chances of us spotting the issue.

it could be as simple as a wifi connection issue?
