Settings Wheel Greyed Out

While I am still fairly new here the settings cog in the top right of the screen is greyed out.

I can’t get into it to switch the ECO setting back on.

Bobby123 This is on the app, presumably? Is that Android or iOS (don't know if it matters, but may as well ask.) It might mean it thinks the inverter is offline.

Are you able to change it via the web portal ? (Is there a reason eco had been turned off ?)

I turned it off by mistake when I pressed the PLAY button on the screen

Bobby123 IIRC, the play/pause button works by setting max charge and discharge power to 0 (which doesn't actually fully pause battery activity on recent models).
