I have GivE they failed t3 5k batteries,. They have stopped charging. The solar panels and grid are supplying the home and the batteries are contributing a very small amount. They failed to charge last night. Is there a way to reset them to see if they can be woken up.

Do any notifications show in the portal
Are all breakers in the 'on' position
What happens if you hit charge (+) on the phone app?
Have 8 panels. 3 x 5 kw GivEnergy batteries on Eon Drive 6. Have tried to force charge but no change to batteries. Just noticed Panels dont seem to be working now sun has come out. Only generating 100 W which is going to home.
Cby check the breakers as suggested above, and do a ‘reset to defaults’ on your inverter in the portal.
Have a look at the inverter status in the portal and see if there are any notification alerts which might indicate a problem
