Battery not charging

Hi, I have Giv-Bat 9.5v battery. It isn't charging. Can anyone advise on this? Many thanks

Hi Steve,
It's a G3 GivEnergy 3.6w hybrid inverter on a Flexible Rate Tariff. Looking at the user guide, I think I need to contact GivEnergy

CarolineSmith3 Have you checked the settings here ?

CarolineSmith3 it could be as simple as just resetting your inverter to default settings and then re-programming your charging instructions in again

if you can tell us what you can see, what you have tried, in the app/portal, what’s in the logs, we can probably help more

Hello, I am the customer and my battery hasn’t been working for a long time and still isn’t. Can somebody help me please as this has cost me money. It hasn’t saved my anything

What kit have you got
What tariff are you on
Are all breakers in the "on" position including the PV DC strings
Is the battery turned on
What does the portal show
What do inverter logs on portal show
If the battery has been run down very low, you may need to get an installer to "jump start" it
