I wonder if anyone on BMS12 has suffered a power cut.
My EPS worked faultlessly previously on older BMS but just had a power cut and nothing, nada, nowt. Had to wait for the grid to come back online.
EPS shows as being on but clearly didn't work. Have switched off and back on to see if it works next time. Anyone else had any issues?
Not with EPS but haven’t tested it since upgrading to 12. First night after upgrade my battery charged to 100% and not the 60% that I had set.
Went to portal and read/toggled settings and now all ok.
Might test it tomorrow if I think about it.
[unknown] EPS/UPS was tested falutless in Inverter 616.
If you email into support they can check the settings for UPS re-applies properly post reset

That's strange - it would have been around 5pm give or take a bit. All power lost - oven clock needed resetting which is always a good indicator. Sky box (I was watching the football) and the router. Nothing tripped in the consumer unit. A minute or so later all back on
Easy way to check is open the Gateway door and drop the right hand breaker.
While in there, check the bypass one is DOWN

I am having some Zappi trouble (nothing to do with BMS 12) and Myenrgi has asked me to switch off the battery and inverter to see how the Zappi works overnight then. Is that a matter of dropping switches in the gateway or using the battery isolator, or a combination of the two? Is there a best order to do that in and then when turning back on?

[unknown] Press button on side of AIO and you should hear a click, flip the breaker next to it then the AIO breaker in the gateway, light should go out shortly after.
