I have just had a second Gen 3 5.12kWh battery connected to the first one and, although both charge Ok, the maximum discharge to house is 194w (not the 3,600w as per specification). Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution. I have contacted my installer as well as the combined system is only 3 days old! Ta John

what inverter have you got.
Have you tried resetting everything to default on the portal page

John98 get your installer to sort it out. Your discharge rate won’t be improved by the addition of a second battery, its the inverter that limits the discharge rate so you’ll still only get 3600W from both batteries on your inverter (assuming its a gen 2 or gen 3 inverter)

You will probably find that the first battery discharges first ahead of the second battery, but both should discharge to support the house load
