Error with quick settings

Hello my battery is in pause mode and I cannot get it back to play on quick settings. I get the red error message on the app: "there was no response from comms" "error with quick settings". The battery is under the minimum at 1%. Should I reboot the inverter or something else? Thanks!

rallan I managed to turn off winter battery conditioning and this seemed to work!

I am getting the same problem but don't have Winter Conditioning turned on. My batteries are cosy inside.

I'm getting very odd results. Must be a problem with the GivEnery server...
