Following a firmware update via the Installer App the dongle no longer appears on my WiFi networks to connect to - any advice?

Wackeeracer try following the wifi setup guide - youtube video on this on the givenergy channel
make sure you have your 5GHz wifi network turned off because the dongle only connects on 2.4

If you plug the dongle into a computer, does it appear as a drive (like a USB stick)? If so, does it contain a file called MSN.txt?

It does yes; that’s the only file in it

There may be some corrupt files that don't show up. Recommended procedure is to copy off the MSN.txt, reformat the drive (as FAT32) and then copy back the MSN.txt.

So that’s the only file that needs to be on there?

Wackeeracer Its the only file you should be able to see. Any other files are normally failed firmware upgrades.
