My gateway was changed by GE today and seems to have been left offline. I am now unable to change settings. Can I bring the system back online myself?

Dorsetflyer if its simply a matter of not connected to your wifi then follow the givenergy wifi setup guide on youtube, and there's lots of other threads on this forum about how to get your inverter connected to the wifi
if its more than that, e.g. not commissioned properly, then it will need givenergy support to intervene
surely the engineer tested everything and showed you it working before he left?

Many thanks to Geoffrey clan and mrand31 for you prompt replies.
GE have now advised that I need a firmware update, which was not done on installation, to work with my parallel AIOs. As the gateway is connected by LAN and not Wi-Fi, this will need to be done on-site by USB.
