Very sunny day today so went to check in on the battery and see what I was exporting only to find the battery at 10% and shown as idle? Any ideas of why and how to fix this? Typical on the first really sunny day we have had this year!

check that there are no breakers or switches thrown on the inverter and battery, and assuming not, try a "reset to defaults" in the portal - this usually resets everything back to working but you will have to setup any charges you had previously programmed

Hi iv tried that on the portal and get an error message saying - there was an error changing your settings. “No changes were found and written to the inverter”?
geoffreycoan clicked in sync inverter time and that seems to have allowed everything to update and battery back charging thank you
HydrogenPete glad you are sorted, very strange. When did you last look at the inverter, there was a date issue on 31st December that was cured by syncing the inverter time, but would have thought we’re past that now
