New Dongle - Inverter Offline Message

Replaced my fried dongle and all set up with WiFi connection (solid blue light) but now the dashboard and any attempt to force discharge battery is met with “inverter offline” message. Any advice?

I belive the dongle has file that is linked to the inverter serial number, Did you edit this file as your dongle may think it is "connected" to a different inverter.
Me only guessing. You should search this forum for posts about replacement dongles
