Giv energy switched off my solar gain metering.

Giv energy switched off my solar gain metering from the panels. Although my panels generate and charge the battery the solar gain shows 0. Does anyone know how to switch the meter on? My physical meter is recording solar generation. Andrew C.

AndrewCollins perhaps start by telling us what hardware you have. (I'm not sure I even know what solar gain metering is - I thought solar gain was excess heat coming in through the windows. )
