battery stops charging at 20%

Up until 10 PM on 29 March 2025, my battery was functioning perfectly. However, it now caps at a maximum capacity of 20% and refuses to charge beyond that. I haven’t made any changes to the settings, which had always worked without any issues before. I’ve tried resetting the settings, restarting both the inverter and the battery, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

My setup is a 9.5kwh battery and a 3.6kw inverter

Lis10 is this fails to charge off grid or off solar or both?

if its grid, check max AC charge % on the portal

if solar then check Eco is turned on

for both, go into the portal, turn the option off/change it, then change it to what you want it to be

I discovered that a firmware update resolved the issue, and everything works perfectly now. I appreciate your help nonetheless. I always enjoy participating in this forum—everyone here is so friendly and supportive!
