I had a new inverter (GivEnergy hybrid gen 3) fitted on Wednesday. He did a firmware update on my batteries (3 x GivEnergy 5.2). Everything seemed fine but today I realised status light on two of the batteries was showing red. I tried to empty my batteries this evening Only one worked, the other 2 are still 100%. I have looked at Notifications and it said a firmware update had failed. What do I do now. TIA

Turn everything off.
There is a shutdown procedure somewhere.
Turn off PV panel dc string breakers
Turn off consumer unit breaker to inverter
Turn off batteries (dont know if 5.2 have button like 9.5)
Turn off isolators between batteries and inverter. (on 9.5 it is breaker under plastic cover high on LHS)
Let all lights on batteries and inverter go off
Wait 30 seconds or so and turn everything back on again.

This should reboot inverter and batteries.

Hopefully will work, sorry if it does not
