Has anyone else got this problem.
My import and export figures are way off what they should be for today. It's making me question all other information that I see on here.

Yes, our import figures are completely wrong on the app - but not on the cloud portal.

Considering GivEnergy is all about technology it's pretty disappointing they can't run a more stable system that gives the correct information.
I also think it's rubbish that they don't show real world figures that include VAT and daily standing charge....
My daily report on the cloud portal has been correct, as far as I can tell, up to and including 8/4/25
The new report for 9/4/25 on the cloud portal is showing a daily home consumption of 43.02kWh. My usual consumption peaks at 18kWh and averages less than 10kWh. Similarly my maximum generation is around 33kWh per day, yet apparently on a partially overcast day yesterday, I generated 59.2kWh
The figure for solar export to grid at 10.8kWh is probably about right based on the previous month's average
The iPad app reports the same figures
Does anyone know how to get the correct figures?
Same.
Noticed this morning, webpage say 2 kWh to the battery - 2.6kWh to import, makes sense.
The APP says;
Grid Import 6.4kWh - Import to Home 2.6kWH - Import to Battery 3.8kWh
App ver 3.4.9.5636
TerryWagstaff Does anyone know how to get the correct figures?
There are other apps and software that can give you alternative figures (reluctant to say correct where GE is concerned!). If you have an android device try
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.rubikcube.invertermonitor
By default all you get is an instant snapshot; to get minute-by-minute, daily, and monthly history, turn on "Collect Stats" in settings. Once you have collected at least a days data, it is possible to transfer raw data from the portal and get better figures.

On my app 3.4.9.5636 the weirdness started yesterday 9 Apr. All looks OK except for solar generation graph which is showing an impossible 30 minute positive spike around 13:30. Normally get approx 2.5kwH (30 minute) from my 5.4kW array. Yesterday and again today it showed 9kWh (30 minute) at that time.
Web portal has sensible data. I thought the app was feeding from same data so somewhat puzzling.
The peak power graph in the app looks sensible so the calculation of solar generation now appears to have a bug.
Same issue with app 3.4.9.5636. Energy graph on both app and portal are incorrect for today and yesterday (9th and 10th April). As far as I can see the power graph is showing correct data. Obviously a software isue that needs to be fixed right away.
Had a quick look at 'System Data' on the portal and I think it is correct there.
Does anyone from GivEnergy real these posts?
Actually today was even worse for anomalies.
I had a second spike at 18:00 when the sun is starting to disappear and then a third spike at 21:00 showing 2.5kwH generated when it is pitch black.
I note in the Odd data thread that the root of the problem seems to be the api call energy-flows.
