Nothing to report as to any issue, just very happy to have an EV charger now fitted at home today. The device is much much smaller than I'd anticipated (a good thing), and it integrates into the web portal as well as the mobile app, the former I wasn't expecting
Very easy to setup and configure, and once done is then completely set and forget
correction my plug in hybrid is not charging at the schedule set
I’ve I open the car and then lock it again the ev charger then works perfectly, the charger shows the car as plugged in before I do this
These are the settings I’ve specified, the charger setting are pretty basic

Based on those settings it looks like you are charging from the grid so under the Change EV charger configuration option there are 3 options. Have you selected Standalone mode ?
I don't have this particular charger, so not familiar with its settings. Two observations. Are those schedules set for each day? Are they normally blanked out?
Secondly, another forum (Zappi), has countless posts from EV owners where a scheduled charge has not taken place. These have often been because the car has gone to sleep to protect the 12 volt battery from going flat, unlocking wakes it up and charge can commence. Other cars even need an initial small charge when first plugged in to "prepare" the vehicle. This setting may not be availble on the GE charger. Plugging in late or toggling within the car app can sometimes help.
Many owners end up back at the dealership to find that updated software has solved or even caused this situation to occur. Hope you get it sorted.

Yes those schedules are for each day
The car is definitely going to sleep, as I woke up at 04:00 and the charge hadn’t happened, I remotely unlocked and then locked rhe car and the charging then jumped into life
This does appear to be a giv energy charger issue, as others are reporting their cars are charging fine overnight
I have tried with and without the charging schedule in the car enabled
[unknown] does car have a charging timer? Perhaps setting that too would encourage the car to wake at its appointed time?
I have a nightly schedule set but only plug in once or twice a week. The app shows the car is plugged in immediately and then charges in line with the schedule with a few mins random delay which is a ‘legal’ requirement.
My car is a VW but I don’t have a schedule set. However DD’s idea is definitely worth a try and/or speak to dealership as it would appear to be a car issue.
DD yes I’ve set the car timer aligned to the timer on the givenergy charger, will see who this goes tonight
So an update
I had the ev charger schedule the charge from 00:00 - 07:00 as well as the schedule in the car but it’s still not charging as of today
I’ve turned off the schedule in the car and just had the schedule on the ev charger, that doesn’t work either
One to escalate to give energy
the granny charger I have with the car works fine on the schedule set on the car, others have reported with a different charger and the schedule turned off in the car, charging is working fine
Surely you would need to set the car to 10 minutes after the charger (as it says on the app). Set the car to start at 00:10 and see if that helps.
So one last thought. If granny charger works with car schedule, why not try deleting all schedules on charger, set that "Plug and Charge" to ON and keep car schedules active. That would seem to be the same combination as the granny. Other than that, and did you try SteveClubley suggestion?, its a call to Givenergy. All the best.

Rubikcube I have set the ev charger to start at 23:30 to accommodate the delay imposed. I will also try the plug in and go setting with a schedule set on the car
Just to let you know , the delay start is not fixed at 10 minutes, its random and could be 1 minute, but the max it will be is 10. Instead of waiting until midnight why not just do a test charge say at 3 this afternoon just to see if it kicks in. Car should be asleep by then and you will still have to time to call Givenergy. Atb.
So it would appear (and the acid test is in the morning) that if some plug in hybrids don’t play nicely with the giv energy charger, this is the config that’s required
Ensure the schedule is set on the car and not on the charger, then mimic these settings
The car has happily sat in this configuration for the past 3hrs, previously the charge lead and the charging wording (although it isn’t) wouldn’t have not been displayed
