@Adam-Reynolds you mentioned in another post "Dual battery users may need to do local updates, contact support@givenergy.co.uk for the relevant firmware file for loading this on the batteries locally."

Can you provide a few more clues as to how we know whether to contact support or if we can proceed via the portal?

Also from the other thread - it appears after doing an update to 3007 it no longer does a forced charge - is this new expected behaviour or ?

Try the update on the portal first, give it 30 minutes or so to update (BMS Data only gets pulled through every so often) This is what reports the firmware on the battery.

If this is now showing as 3007 great - if not get in touch with us and we will send over instructions and the file to do it locally.

It should still do the calibration, we've had lots of users run updates today and from what I've seen it's ran calibrations following it.

Adam-Reynolds Running the update from the portal button certainly initiates the discharge to zero part of the calibration like it used to but the recharge to 100% part of the cycle for me (and at least one other) was taking place under ECO operation rather than a forced charge. Both of us manually set a timed charge period to ensure that 100% would be reached in a timely manner. This is what led to my conjecture that perhaps establishing a 100% point no longer forms part of the calibration cycle and knowing where 0% lies is sufficient now.
