Solar panels power

Hi All,
I’m not sure how it works but why solar panels power goes to gird not charging my battery.
I can see since morning but don’t know what to do.
Please advise. I have put on ECO mode.

Can you log into your inverter using the GivEnergy portal on a PC.
Are you on any sort of smart tariff where you have handed control to Octo or someone
Suggest you toggle Eco off and hit save/submit. Then toggle it back on again and hit save/submit to make sure.
Have you checked your battery settings such as charge rate and max % stored.
