Inverter offline, dongle will not reset

I have a GIV-AC3.0 the last few days it get going offline intermittently. The solar and the battery all seem to be working.
There is a notification of BMS communication failure.
I could see on my mesh Wifi network the dongle was connected - a dedicated 2.4GHz network but the dongle was flashing blue.

Using the Giv Installer app I can see the SSID of the dongle, with no padlock, but when I try to connect to reset the WiFI credentials I get an error... No Dongle Wifi Type. Try again

Trying again has not effect.

Anyone any idea what the error message is

AMCM There is a notification of BMS communication failure.

At this point I'd contact your installer or GivEnergy, or both. I don't feel like this error should be customer's responsibility to investigate or rectify.
