Although timed discharge seems to work as expected, I am unable to get the battery to discharge when set to ECO mode. It just stays at 100%. This used to work and I'm not sure at what point it stopped, ot what I can try. Any help greatly appreciated.
jamesmackley timed discharge is just eco mode, but paused outside of the timed period. Did you mean timed export (discharge at fixed power in order to export to grid) ?
DD Apologies, I guess I did mean timed export. It's driving me mad that my battery is not being used at all when eco mode is selected. The battery just sits there at 100% and any usage is pulled from the grid.
It might be worth checking the inverter settings using the remote control button. I've had it happen - after a firmware update - that some of the settings show up wrongly, eg, it shows eco as selected, but actually it isn't. Turning eco off and then back on again should fix that. Also perhaps go through all the settings, hitting the individual 'read' buttons and seeing whether they are actually set at what you want. Hitting the 'read all unread' at the top doesn't seem to 'read' them...
ChrisLav thanks for the response. Are you suggesting I should have some sort of remote control for the inverter? I only have the app on my phone and have been switching settings on and off for a little while now with no luck

Yes had the same issues after a SW update, even tough I had timed charge set for overnight, it never charged and after popping out today realised that I'd been drawing from mains and not from battery - have just logged onto the portal, reset everything and now back to normal.
Hopefully timed charge tonight at 5p with Tomato will work - shame I had to spend money on lecky today though!
