BackUp Overload Fault

Been away for a few weeks and have returned to this event message on the web portal

Does anyone know what a BackUp Overload Fault event is?

Looking online it seems to be related to the EPS system.
Checking the GE logs, I can see that the inverter seemed to shutdown for 5 minutes but the grid voltage stayed up so it doesn't look like there was a power cut.
Also, the EPS on my inverter is just a double socket and there is nothing plugged into it so the EPS load is zero.

Maybe the message is incorrect (and misleading). Could it have been a different fault, such as over temperature? In the portal check Tinv for that date/time.

I checked with the neighbours and there was a short power cut at that time.
Temperature etc. at that time seems OK in the inverter logs.
Have put in a ticket to GE support to find out more.

I've had this before (while meddling) although I forget what combination I had the inverter in to make it throw it - something like AC on, no EPS connected, no PV, no battery & EM115 off.
Or any number of combinations of that I guess.

Basically, you can get the error without there actually being any load or indeed anything at all, connected to the EPS.

GE Support have had a look and said inverter is working normally.
Don't know why inverter did overload protection when there was no EPS load.
