Anyone else struggling to get to the Web portal?

Getting bad gateway type errors. Tried beta. And www. (I assume Beta will eventually go and www. Is the right one to use going forwards??)

App says 92% charged which must be from yesterday's Sun, thus cannot be up to date (unless something has gone wrong with the charge times!).

(Can't connect locally as I'm too far away!)

Same: "bad gateway". Both on the portal and app.

There was a new app update yesterday evening, and that was the last that I saw of my inverter data.

yep it down by the look of it,
same as rio911 "bad gateway". Both on the portal and app.

but according to this web page everything is fine

Mine down too. Also unable to load any of the graph data on the app. I wonder if the app release last night wiped the stored data and everyone's app is now trying to reload it, causing the servers to either crash of run slow.

The dashboard/webportal is up for me.

Looks like the app is up and running too.

But now my "Home" button doesn't work....back to the other thread with the manual connection. :[

For me the dashboards are now working, but still no graph data and no access to home server.

graphs just popped up, still waiting on home access

"Home" is still a problem with the app. That it the third update in as many days, and the app just can't get it to work for everyone. But there is another thread about this...

My inverter has started showing as offline. Not sure if this is linked with the portal being down but I’m not at home so can’t see what’s actually going on with the system.

c_squared That sounds like a restart. I get the inverter "offline" once my inverter has lost connection to GE servers for more than 10 or 12hrs. The only way to wake it up was a restart of the inverter.

rio911 yeah I think you’re right. I did click the update firmware earlier so potentially it’s linked to that. Don’t want to try anything remotely as I don’t want to interrupt the firmware/calibration process. When I get home later I’ll have a look at what’s going on.
