I have problem with my AIO. it's about 18 old and work ok till about 4 mouth a go. It would stop changing and discharge and use power from the grid the battery SOC would be 23%,48, or 89%.if I reset the AIO it work ok for may 2 week or 2 day. I have emailed and spoke to support there reset the AIO and it works OK
I need help with this problem and Givenergy support just keep asking me for more information

Sounds like a reasonable thing to do, no?? You have a technical problem, so they asking you for information so they can resolve it for you. Correct me if I am wrong and something else is expected of the manufacturer here.
