SoC settings?

Hi,
Been told by Octopus that my SoC settings are set to 100% which means the intelligent Flux tariff never discharges my battery and that I need to reduce the SoC level lower to utilise the IOF and battery.
Any advice on how I go about finding and changing my SoC setting?
All battery options available in the app are either controlled by the IOF tariff or are not active.
Also, any suggestions as to what an appropriate SoC level should be?

Thanks in advance for tolerating a naive new to solar person!

I want to thank you for your kind efforts in responding and providing more than just a suggestion by including link to follow. I believe I have managed to change the setting you’ve led me to and have been able to force discharge my battery (for a while) until the IOF bots changed it back.
I’m hopeful this means I’ll be able to utilise the system and achieve the benefits as I’d hope.
Many thanks again, have a great weekend.

Fingers crossed.

I had a period of time when octopus couldn't control my inverter - I think something broke over a bank holiday weekend

I just told the inverter to charge up in the morning and told it to export in the evening, until they fix the issue.

Not quite in the spirit of handing over control to them, but if it's broken, I'm sure they wouldn't mind us trying to act in the same way they do.
