I have just realised that I am no longer exporting to the grid despite battery at 100 %. I tried to set a timed export to see if this would work but that has failed too. Any advice please?

Restart the router form the portal and make sure it is in Eco mode

Digger is it still covering consumption, or is all usage imported?
There is a setting which limits AC generation.

Yes it is covering my usage, just not exporting from my battery to the grid or directly to the grid when battery is full.

Digger So it is capable of generating AC, but chooses not to export it.
It is possible to configure the inverter with an export limit - perhaps that has somehow been set. I don't think it can be set by the user, but installer or GE should be able to access it to check.

Thanks, I will contact them.

Digger It seems there are two different settings that control battery discharge power. In the remote control section, one is a power (0-3600W for my gen-3 hybrid system), and the other is a percentage (0-100%). I'd not really experimented with the latter before, but from a quick play, it appears that the latter only takes effect during a forced export - even setting it to a low value does not prevent eco mode from covering to load.

I don't know what sort of system you have, but it has had that (relatively new) register set to 0 ?
