How do i get this for new dashboard tab?

AndyWheildon On the web portal, account settings, then manage account security in the top-right, then scroll down to "manage api tokens".

(Is this for a smart tariff tab? Other than agile, or perhaps older kit with limited timers / weird eco rules, I'm not sure what external control adds for tariffs with fixed time windows. Just seems to make life more complicated.)
