Firmware update for batteries 3012

Hi, any advice would be helpful, I am trying to do the update as above.
but the issue I'm having is the inverter starts load and says its updating investor then it fails.
So at present I am not able to charge the batteries from solar.
My BT wifi is working fine around the house.
One of my two 5.2 batteries is showing the red light with all the other lights showing green.

Any ideas would be welcomed.

I would get onto GE technical and get them to try updating your system. Failing that arrange a service visit so they can sort it out. It took 3 weeks for an engineer to call and sort out my inverter/ battery update issue.

PRS I agree with Ortwin, email GE support (support@givenergy.co.uk) saying what you’ve told us. In my experience they’ll reply and sort it within a few hours.
