Hi. Dashboard from app, on 2 different phones, went off - line over a day ago. I've updated, reinstalled checked Internet connection with no success. Can anyone help pls?

Does Dashboard load on the website in the browser (not dedicated phone app)? If the answer is no, it probably means your GE equipment lost internet connectivity.

Sorry for delayed reply Dave. Lost the plot with IT. Managed to reboot inverter but it only lasted a couple of weeks before going down again. Now have additional wifi extender 3m from inverter but still won't connect. Have advised installer but still waiting for help

Yes that's correct but even after reconnecting with 10.10.100 etc it still dropped out again.

There are loads of posts about GE and WiFi connections, I would search and read some of them. In a nut shell it could be 5 gig, you should use 2.4 only with GE kit. If you have your system set up with both, that will be the first issue, the second issue will possibly be the router trying to move devices from 2.4 to 5 gig.
I don’t know what other things you have set up, that could cause issues with GE WiFi connections but there are quite a few.
WPA2 not 3 (I have 2 & 3)
Turn off 5 gig, try to connect to WiFi 2.4 only, once it connects you can turn it back on but I have turned it on in my vLAN for GE kit.
Update the dongle firmware

I don’t have WiFi on any of my GE kit because of these issues, I ran an Ethernet cable to the garage and plugged in a 8 port switch, then all GE kit goes hardwired to that switch. Never had an issue. I also use fixed IP’s
