going from the info on the Midsummer website it looks like the appearance and dimensions of the EV charger are set to change from what has been shared already.
Does anyone know if there's updated specs & images available anywhere?

not unexpected, but I got the following response from GivEnergy:
Not as of yet sorry - things are still being finalised. This information will be updated in due course.

moz From that response then I dont expect the distributors to receive stock when they expect to - Midsummer are saying available from 29th July

looks like there's new renders of the EV Charger on the website now...
Hopefully there'll be some news on availability soon...

moz I know why they’ve done it but cue all the “is it bi directional as the arrow points to the grid”
It’ll just be an indication of solar export I’m afraid.

I was hoping for an option for a different coloured outer, grey or a matt black perhaps.

The GE website is still showing the datasheet for the previous design.
I hope they update it soon as i have lots of questions, and i'm now worried it won't fit in the location i've got my 32a amp ran to (as the future install was based on dimensions in that datasheet).
Oh well..
