Hi
I have a AIO 13.5kw system. It was only installed two days ago so I am still learning!
I noticed today that my iOS app (v3.4.23.5736) is not showing the correct time on the power graph axis. When looking at a specific time the hover data is correct.
Have I setup something incorrectly?

Cheers
Mark

OK I just installed the Android app and this has the same issue. Is there an incorrect setting on the Inverter system? The web portal shows correct.

cheers

Have you checked what time zone setting there is for the AIO - mine certainly was not set to UK time.

To do this, goto the web portal and open account settings. There you will find a drop down for Timezone and check it is set to UTC +1 Grenwich Mean Time (London)

Check your Timezone settings in Account Settings in the web portal

There should also be a sync button either on the same page or within the remote control part of the My inverter section (a little cog symbol).

That syncs the time settings to the inverter (which happens automatically during clock changes).

Does the mobile app have its own date time settings? I rarely use it as I have home assistant.

I am unable to find a timezone setting in the app. When I check my account details in the app it does indicate that my postcode is incorrect and there is no country available for the address so I wonder if it is expecting a UK or EU address only.

[unknown] the app probably uses the phone's timezone. Though I just switched my phone to a different timezone as a test, and it didn't seem to have any effect on the app..

I have investigated this a bit further and the issue is only with the power graph the energy graph is fine.
