Hmmm... just installed, timed export etc failing

From Aotearoa New Zealand: I noticed this morning (about a week into having giv energy inverter, battery and solar), timed export is not working.
I have carefully gone through and checked export and timed charge are not overlapping, here are details. Also, having gone down the rabbit hole of this forum, another prob appeared. I was getting concerned that the battery, when exporting was exporting to grid as well as home, which may be costly since import can be 39c/kwh, and power company only gives us 12c/kwh. But I seemingly have no eco mode, under inverter settings. Just timed export and discharge, winter protection, and grid settings, which just gives me an export limit. Anyone have any idea why my portal seems limited, and timed discharge and import seem a bit munted. Yesterday everything seemed to work fine. That's what timed export is: discharge the battery at fixed power with the intention that the excess goes to the grid.

For a new install, installer would usually be first point of call.
