Everyday there appears to be missing data on my energy graph (zero energy to home) and yet the power graph clearly shows that the home is drawing a load during these 'gap' periods. Is there still a problem with the app?....see attached screenshots.

Nobody else having this issue?

I don't know if this is your issue but when I've found missing data it coincided with some sort of comms failure. It seems that a single failure at the precise instant it collects the half hour stats for the energy graph results in a missing entry. Whereas the power graph seems to interpolate several points to produce a line on the graph. Been like this since I started using it. My graphs improved when I reduced the number of comms timeouts by reducing the local traffic from devices polling the inverter for data (all my monitoring tablets around the house). On the web portal, are the same points missing from the graph?
PS I could only find one missing entry in a week's data so it can be very good.
Hi yes, noticed it quite a while ago and because I have been travelling abroad I have not had a chance to understand what is happening.
GE tweak the app and break things. I was hoping they would fix it before I got back.
Anyway when I have time and inclination now I am back I might have a look. It's low down on my to do list of all the jobs I have to get on top of.
Mines been doing it since beginning of April. I disregard the graphs as being not worth having. Have complained to GE who say they don't know when it will be fixed.
The daily totals look plausible but I've seen so much obviously wrong data in the app I don't have much confidence in what I am being shown. I just tend to look at my monthly bills and assume that the smart meter is accurate. As an ex database programmer I fail to see how this basic aggregation of data for display can be so difficult to resolve. It really is basic stuff.
Needless to say when my battery and inverter need replacing Givenergy won't likely make the short list.
I have a dual AIO system and I can tell you that the figures that app produces do not match reality if you value your sanity ignore it.
Thanks for all the replies. On my system the app appears to miss data at the start of solar production. I'm not too worried about it, because the portal suggests everything is ok and is running fine. Just annoying that GE have removed this as a known app issue re string inverters, but the problem still exists.
