Hi Folks, my inverter was installed on the 28/1/25, but my warranty is showing as 27/9/29. Which is obviously incorrect. I have been in touch with my installer a few times and have yet to have this recitifed.
Is there anything Givenergy can do to adjust it accordingly?

Mine is wrong too. Despite telling GE and the installer.
neonplanet40 This happened with my system which was installed in November 2023. I contacted Givenergy at the time and they adjusted the warranty expiry time. it did take a little while to appear, and the support was a bit more active at that time.

Same experience as Tenkaykev - my system installed October 2023. Portal Inverter page initially showed the correct (10-year) Warranty period, then changed to 5-year a couple of days later. Badgered the installer a couple of times, and (it took a couple of weeks in all) eventually GE corrected it.

[unknown] So they just refuse to help?
Just ignore me when I mentioned it. It's wrong by a month.

Still no reply from Givenergy after emailing them. Is CS non-existent with them? I see a lot of posts on facebook saying their CS has vanished this year. Or am I just unlucky?

GE spec sheet for 3.6 hybrid clearly states 5 yrs with option of 10 yrs (extra cost?)
