Load is 10Kw on Local and 0Kw on Cloud

Just got the Givenergy system. During the day with all optional appliances off, my Home Load is 10Kw (on the mobile app in local mode). This seems really high as the only things that are on are 2 x freezers, 1 x fridge and my Control4 Home Automation rack (which I'm pretty sure doesn't consume 10Kw).
So my question is, why is it so high?
Another detail, the Cloud monitoring dashboard says my Home Load is 0Kw.
Just wondering if these figures are right. Any tips much appreciated 🙏

Seems high to me, but depends on the efficiency of the appliances. My phantom load with a fridge freezer, chest freezer and a number of gadgets is only 260w, unless things are cooling down etc. I'd suggest you plug in your smart metre display and turn off an the appliances and turn them on in turn and check. Or buy a plug in monitor, but that just costs when you may not need to

But just to contradict myself, without my solar panels I'm doing about 8-10kw but that's with a washing machine and dishwasher on.

10kwh is VERY high for a house idle load, most idle loads are between 50 and 500w. a few thoughts in rough order

• system is calibrating, you have several inverters and batteries and are being loaded at full rate from the grid
• system install has been setup incorrectly
• rather than house load could it be generation (would only be this is PV is 10kw + in size)
• a bug in the local mode
• next door / near by factory has hooked into you power supply.

Vfunnell fixed. Giv Energy support diagnosed this as the meter C Clamp on the wrong way round. Now it's installed correctly all the data makes sense. House load is now less than 1Kw most of the time
