Once my inverter is Lan connected, would I be able to access the inverter management console via 100.10.10.254 from my PC?
The inverter & my PC will be plugged into the same ethernet hub

You should be able to login to the GivEnergy portal page and see your inverter.
Your installer should have given you login details

10.10.100.254 is the default address for the communication module's access point (AP).
A LAN connection is to the station port of the communication module. By default the IP address is assigned by a DHCP server on your network. You would need to connect to the assigned IP address.
