Why does a calibration start with out my consent

I'm pissed at Giv, at the football Saturday the inverter decided to dumped 100% of the battery to the grid, this must of been a sever request.
now it will not charge {safe mode 25%)/discharge = eco mode
it's happen before WHY do such a thing when customer help is Monday to Friday 9-4

it's only there severs at can correct this problem, I've asked before to add it to the remote control.
This always happen when the battery drops below or equal 4% - AND THEY KNOW THIS AN ISSUE! or bug

In the Remote Control settings, under Battery, Control, the first box I have is Schedule Calibration.
Is yours the same?

Hi, yes I see the same input field.
Last night I used the feature to schedule a calibration. The reason being the SOC % was dropping very quickly when it was reaching about 28% and would fall to almost the minimum setting, in my case 5%.
I had searched online regarding AIO calibration and all results suggested that this was not neccesary. However I do not remember seeing this feature before in the portal so I feel it may have been added in a later update.
Not sure what would happen, but I set a time for 00:00 and went to bed.
The upshot was that the battery, which was at 64%, started to discharge at 3kW ( this is because my grid discharge is limited by my DNO) which took about 3hours.
So first mistake on my part. I should have planned to set the start time earlier, as my cheap tariff is from 00:00 to 05:00 and the recharge time took 2:45 hours which went into the higher tariff rate.
Second error was not using the discharge to charge up my EV, so that was 6+kW wasted. Won't be doing that again.
The discharge went all the way down to 1% before going up to the full 100% which I have not seen for a while as previously it would top out at 99.
Not knowing what to expect with the process it was assumed that the AIO might fully charge first, then fully discharge before going back to 100% to enable the full range to be measured. Clearly not the case.
I will be monitoring the SOC over the next 3 months and if required will be performing another calibration then.
Hope this information is of use for anyone contemplating pressing that (metaphorically speaking) big red button.
