Ipad app Away/Cloud only!

My Ipad never seems to find the Home option although it is configured in exactly the dame way as my phone and PC both of which almost always log on Home? Any thoughts please?

I have the same issue.

Have reset the house broadband and done a battery firmware update today. The next step I can see is to turn off and on the inverter by the switch on the other side to attempt a reset.
